OK few time during day game when i on the verge of opening a hb near a main road will sometime get gets who are in clapped out old second hand car shooting stuff like "mcdonalds is over there" that type of stuff i know i am over weight and i am doing something about it. but dealing with morons who are late teens early 20`s kinda puts a block on opening

I think you deal with it the same way you deal with AMOG's, just be calm and show it doesn't bother you. Think of a few standard things to say. If they're in a car you can even yell out "I prefer your mom" or shit like that. You just need to develop a thick skin and actually in your mind learn to turn negative responses in positive energy. They're probably losers too, trying to feel better about themselves by picking on someone else.

I remember when this sort of thing used to bother me, a group of 3 17-18 year olds were driving past me and yelled out something like "you fucking EMO" and "fuck your EMO mother", now i was wearing a baseball cap pulled on right over my eyes and a chain on the side of my shorts, not emo at all, but i couldn't let them have a pass at my mother like that. So luckily they had to stop for a red light at the next block so i ran after them, and i could see them shitting themselves, i reached the car and dented their back door and smacked the trunk with my chain i was telling them to get out of the car and "come fuck my mother". They ran the red light and drove off. But if i can get over it, you can too man. Just recognize that they are a bunch of goons and walk away/

the obvious answer is to loose the weight.

i have lost nearly 4 stone (56lbs?) in total now.
trust me it feels great! especially when you notice girls looking at you.
