Dear All
This Italian HB9 was cueing up to buy a cup of coffee while I was sitting down and she just eyed me up and gave me a great smile, while her friend had grabbed a seat near the window. I'm new to the game and still trying to put my game together before really starting to approach. I'm sure in this case I would be able to hold a decent conversation with her, but still don't know of a decent realistic approach or open for this kind of a situation.
Any Suggestions?

Watch out, Italian girls are more dangerous that shotguns.
But seriously, if you get an IoI you have no excuse not to open. Chances are the italian's the leader of the group anyway. I'm guessing lot of people would recommend a canned opener for a beginner but I think it's a lot better to open with something that's situational or just go up and say hi my name is... and shake her hand.

Situational - Hey, I don't really come here often - what kind of drink would you recommend?

Hey, i don't come here often, that looks good. What did you order?

I know what you mean, at present i'm in a can't approach mode and have missed at least 6 chances in the last 2 days. Try not to place too much emphasis on learning and being perfect before you approach. You just need to do it. Perfect approach in your head is meaningless unless you put it into practice.

Gaming a chick in a coffee shop is money because its like having a coffee date with half the work allready done for you. All you have to say is "hi my name is jo jerkoff and im from out of town, what are some fun things to do around here" and boom you've got yourself a coffee date

Wait your name is Jo Jerkoff too? I thought I was the only one.

But yeah, I think we have a case of the "over thinking illness" that has plagued us all.

If she gives you an IOI like that, it's like she's opening you. All you have to do at that point is start talking to her...doesn't matter what about.

Just remember, You're a Badass Mother Fucker who is going to have the best experience drinking a cup of coffee ever. Make her (and her friend) a part of it.

Worst case is you have a great story to tell about your early days in the game.
