For me, famous people are a lot easier to pick up in person, just start with doing one thing shocking enough to fascinate her. Then she'll usually literally approach me.

Doing it not face to face is harder. Start off with neg. Famous people are used to being loved automatically, so the important thing is to show that you aren't "just another fan". Message her, don't friend request her. Fans probably request her all the time, she's used to rejecting without giving you a second thought (or, even worse, mentally filing you as a fan).

If she's really bitchy, "mix her up" with someone who:

a) is a different actress "I loved you in that movie (different movie that she wasn't in)"
b) isn't even famous "are you that girl that I slept with after that party blah blah blah" (cocky funny)

The more bitchy and famous she is, the more dis interested you should seem. It's important to make these not sound like insults though; make them genuinely seem curious, just not interested. I've gone with the "b" option above with good success, then she might talk about being a famous actress, which you can respond to with "a"
