I went to the drop in clinic, for a prescription on the weekend.
There was a girl there ahead of me. I noted the eye contact. She was maybe a 7.

Then again it was snowing like crazy, and not everyone looks great when going to the Dr.

So I said something like "The hard part about getting here, is going to be going home again" noting the heavy snowfall outside.

She smiled at me, and said "especially in a snow suit" referring to what she was wearing.

She had a German accent. Something about foriegn girls. Anyway we chatted for a minute. I planned on having her sit beside me in the waiting area, and playing a bit of game on her.

She has to fill out some special forms, as she has no insurance, but the receptionist decides to take dipshit bob first, who comes out to reception after visiting the Dr. He wastes a whole shitload of time.

Long story short. I am in and out of the Dr's office even before the receptionist has even processed the paperwork on this girl.

A little hard to hit on some girl, in this scenario.

Next time I'll kick the dipshit in the @ss and tell the recptionist the serve her first customer in order.

I'm going to give it to you straight man. Stop caring what others think and just approach the girl, then get the girl! You didn't approach probably because of what she might think or the others in the Dr's office might think. Just go over and talk to her.
