So here's the deal. I'm 27 and I'm renting out a house near a college campus. A group of hot senior girls looked at my house and wanted it. I rejected them for another group that would pay me more, which is another story, but these girls were bummed.

I saw em at a bar and they acted all pissed, but I played it off and didn't succumb to their whining. Once I acted like I didn't care what they thought, the one girl has been giving me IOI's, like slapping my chest, smiling at me and giving me a hug the last time I saw them.

Now I've seen these girls twice at the bar, as I was leaving, so literally, I've only spent less than five minutes with them in the bar scene. However, I want to ask this IOI girl out now.

What do you suggest my next plan of action should be when I see them?
