let me start off by first saying that i have a lot of hair on my head and couple months ago i went through this phase and was really paranoid about going bald and at one point i even went around in public and asked random strangers about whether they thought i was going bald or not. i noticed a couple times i went up to a few girls in the mall in barbershops and was straight up like,

'hey am i going bald?' then tilt my head down.

i noticed 7 times out of 10 i got a laugh or a 'lol what the heck no.' and i would ask them some more questions like 'is thin hair bad for you?' 'have you met anyone with thin hair like mine?' make them touch it n stuff. you have to say it like you're really paranoid about losing your hair. sometimes the reactions are hilarious.

i ono, you guys should go try it and tell me how it goes.

you should never show your insecurities in the first minutes, thats weak and immature. ITS LOWERING VALUE.
Even when its all bullshit and you arent even going bald and thus you are really not insecure, you are still acting like you are insecure (if you act like its real, otherwise you just act like a weirdo probably). unless you can all reframe it somehow, but that can only be accomplished AFTER plowing through the moment that they have noticed you as weak / low value... why make it hard for yourself? just open differently

the grey hair is better, because girls like grey hair (george clooney for example). just say "hey guys, i need a quick opinion. i found my first grey hair, isnt that cool? i heard you ladies like grey hair, is this really true??" >> this way there is no insecurity from your side
