a good way to start a conversation with a HB at a gym is to just ask her to spot you on some weights, it works all the time, i've tested it 20 times, works like a charm.
then you can talk about your gym routines and when she mentions her, just call her a lazyass or some other neg.
OH AND BTW, YOU KNOW HOW MOST GUYS SAY THAT THEY CAN'T TELL WHETHER A GIRL HAS A BF OR NOT IN THE GYM RIGHT???? WELL
MOST OF THE GIRLS THAT ARE BY THEMSELVES LISTEN TO MUSIC AND THE ONES THAT ARE WITH THEIR BF'S DON'T.
NEXT TIME YOU GO TO THE GYM, CHECK FOR THAT!!!
and if you see a girl with headphones listenin to music, just say
PUA: you looked lonely from over there, so i just wanted to say hi!
she'll start denying it, and you know what to do from there.
I disagree with this post.
From experience asking a girl for a spot is one of the creepiest things possible - especially if you're actually at the gym to lift. If they don't know how to spot your lift it's dangerous for you and puts a lot of pressure on them making them uncomfortable.
I was at the gym with a girl I was dating once and a 40 year old guy asked her to spot him on a 225 bench. We were both 17 at the time. She told me about it and how creepy it was. She also mentioned to me how there was no way in hell she'd be able to help him if he needed it.
I wouldn't suggest talking about gym routines unless you're a personal trainer. You're just setting up a scenario for another AMOG to DHV by talking about how you don't know what you're doing thus giving you LV.
I know this definately wouldn't work at my gym.
There is a post above which mentions being friendly to everyone at the gym. That's the best bet. In fact if you come in with a good energy, walk confidently crack jokes here and there and say hi to some of the people you know, then you're DHVing by showing leadership and familiarity with others nearby.
Also just saying hi to people that look lost or self-concious is great. Makes them feel more comfortable and gives you DHV.
Try it out - but in general it's tough to pickup other clients at the gym. Now if you're hitting on a hired gun there - that's a different story.
Goodluck
