I believe the other aspects of my game are decent for example when thrown into a social environment I feel fine to approach woman. just last weekend I was able to get laid at a wedding and really it was not that hard, bars and clubs I have decent success as well. however I am new to the city I live in and every time I am attracted to a girl I just cant seem to muster up the nuts to ask her out or even start a simple conversation unless initiated by someone else or her. just need some approach anxiety tips, cheers

Suck it up. If you can pull girls without trying then just walk up and introduce yourself and go from there.

I have dealt with some many guys like you. Your ego just get's the better of you and it's the ugly fuckers that have the biggest balls that become fearless

But once you guys get your hands dirty, your looks and new confidence open's a flood of pussy for them.

But most of them don't master their ego and they go back to getting smashed with alcohol. I have seen this MANY of times.

This is a little bit of what I like to call '' You Give A Fuck Way To Much Syndrome'' and mostly on all the wrong little things.

I see it all the time especially with new PUA's that go sarging with me. They get all in their own head and cant even approach the HB21 in the mall because everything imaginable all of a sudden in the magical universe could go wrong.

So I walk up to the HB21 cool, calm and confident. Mind completely clear, no thought in the world, other than I might be fucking this girl tonight, Have amazing conversation, Her and I are laughing so hard in the mall its echoing through the stores, we go on a instant date at the coffee shop in the mall, leaving my new pua friend behind, and having deep meaningful conversation for hours with a drop dead gorgeous girl.

At the same time realizing and never ever letting my ''Imagination Run Wild'' because it will destroy your fucking game and any chance or big thing you wanna do or achieve in life. ''I REPEAT DO NOT LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN WILD'' because it will tell you all these negative things that aren't even going to happen

Things like, when I approach this girl she's going to laugh at me, then the dj is going to stop the music, and the whole club is going to stop and stare at me and all laugh at me, ''Imagination Running Wild'' just stop its not gonna happen, and if it does who gives a fuck, fuck the dj, fuck the people around.

You know what I would do in that situation? Use it as a opportunity! I'd be like hell yea I got the whole stage to myself all the girls attention, say something to the girl slick as fuck, and make every other girl feel bad for me cause the girl laughed at such a good guy, or so good because im confident, that they all wanna leave with me that night.

get out of your head, stop your imagination, bring value, use the 3 second rule( approach in 3 seconds or die) bring value, be genuine, have fun, and approach the girl, calm, relax, confident, and enjoy, the earth is not going to stop turning, and the universe will not stop I promise! happy approaching.

It's literally not about "nutting up" or "sucking it up".

Approach anxiety is there for a reason - and the only reason is to give
you more energy to approach.

A depressed guy or a low energy guy wouldn't bee that successful
when approaching women, so nature gives you anxiety to up your
energy.

If you want to truly get rid of your approach anxiety once and for
all, you need to learn to use that energy to overflow your body by
giving you power, instead of choking you.

Otherwise, you'll be stuck with hooking up with random women,
and never achieving true freedom when you approach a woman
cold.
