I'm going to be traveling to Brazil (Sao Paulo) for a month starting from new years this year. I've never tried picking up women because where I'm from it is "prohibited", yea you can say that. I mean I've tried before but with absolutely no success. Women are very conservative and just by saying hi to her you might get smacked... Anyways I wanted to understand a few things about "gaming" before I traveled. I read a few things online, most of them were full of shit. "$50 to unlock the secrets about picking up women" and stuff like that. I don't necessarily have AA, I'm completely fine with talking to strangers. I think my problem is when I'm talking to a woman (a woman I intend on banging) I really don't know what to say, I feel like I need a few drinks in me before I can start comfortably talking with a woman and not think about what I'm going to say next. So can anyone redirect me to some links or "must-reads" so I can understand this stuff a little better....

EDIT: Oh yea, can you also give me a few pointers on how to pick girls up at clubs, since that's where I'm going to be headed the majority of the time if I want to game.

So one thing before I say anything, you seem like a person who wants a quick fix, and isn't really ready
to sit down with himself and deal with this area of his life.

I used to be the same, thought I just needed a few pointers, chasing one quick thing after the other, having
mild success until I eventually hit rock bottom.

It will take you couple of months of focusing on this area to handle it. It will take you YEARS if you don't
take it seriously, but only chase one thing after the other.

Specific things for you:

1. Get comfortable with talking to women in general
2. Learn to create attraction with her and make her interested in you
3. Learn to lead to the next level, be it taking her phone number, kissing her on asking her out on a date.

In Brasil, first focus on just talking with 5 to 10 women per day. Have a normal conversation, don't try to
pick them up immediately. Your goal is to get comfortable with talking with women without alcohol.

When you feel you're comfortable just talking, spark attraction with them. You'll do that by playing with them. Tease them
about something. For example, if they are dressed too nice, teased them about trying to impress guys too hard.

If they are tall, tease them about not being able to find a tall guy because majority are shorter.

If they are short, tease them about how's the weather down there.

When you get comfortable with teasing, learn to lead to the next level. If you want to get her number,
say, "Alright, I gotta go. But you seem like a cool person, let's stay in touch. Let's exchange numbers
and I'll give you a call sometimes..."

If you want to give her a kiss, touch her hair and compliment on how soft they are. If she likes it, slowly
lean in and give her a kiss.

I probably gave you more value in these couple of sentences than you found in those $50 ebooks.

But again, these are quick tips. The real success with women takes some time.
