I could use some help here.
At work a new receptionist arrive about 2 weeks now.A gorgeous blonde around 26-27yrs.

She is the receptionist of the building, plus we do not have the same employer.

However, i see and talk to her few times because i have to pass in front of her office sometimes.
There are a lot of men in the buildin, almost all of them, married, but still trying to seduce her, you get the picture. ( I'm a young recruits-25yrs btw)

As for me, ikeep a certain distant, have funny little talks, very brief.. nothing special..( days, week ends..).

Being in a professional environment, seduce her isn't easy since she doesn't event work for same company.

I was wondering if you guys have some ideas, opening to make a connection with her to get her to lunch or something..

How good are you with women in general?

We know nothing about you... so this is pretty general advice I'd give to someone who isn't scared shitless of women and who can actually look them in the eyes and behave like a normal person around them:

End one of your small-talk sessions with "I'm heading out to grab a coffee, can I get you one?"

There's an ice breaker... Chat her up when you get back, then segue into grabbing lunch one day if you're getting some decent feedback from her and seeing some interest.

Favour a drink or booze instead? Make some shit up "Just closed a giant deal, I'm getting myself a congratulatory drink. Why don't you join me".

Yes, I should have talked about me.

I have no problem to approach women; i often go out to bars and clubs with friends. I usually manage to take numbers because i can put the woman I'm seducing comfortable, often by making her laugh. However, I still have to make progress in seducing women in “special” environment, meaning, like in an office or on the street, in the supermarket...
