I am at this cafe in France having breakfast in the morning.

It has 3 rows of tables. Each table has 2 seats. My target is alone at the first row and I am alone at the second row.
I standed up and seated near her without asking for her permission, then I asked "Do you speak English?"

Is this the right move? Or did I have to ask: Do you mind if I sit her near you?
My doubt is if my move was rude.

Delivery the opener and then gauge her reaction. THEN if she likes you. Just sit down and perhaps say "I can only stay a minute but bla bla"

After she said she is not interested I walked away cause my breakfast was over. I did not take that picture. It is an internet pic of the local just to show the situation. It could be afternoon in the pic.

Idk man I guess if you are asking about this one appraoch it's like this is the only approach you did that day? From the replica pic u posted it would seem that there are thousands or millions of females in the city you are in. So get out and keep engaging women. Not "approaching" them. "approaching" has the vibe of 'HERE GOES NOTHING I'M GOING IN'. Fuck that. Just engage them and get comfy talking with them. Just go out fuck around and have FUNNNN with it. You'll be all good.

One rule I've always followed and that I always tell everyone.. " Its better to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission". Now of course this isn't a complete blanket statement, but I've found it to be true in the majority of situations. So I just roll with it.

Show her that you like her. That could include sitting down AND speaking to her (oh my...)

If she doesn't like that you like her, just move on. It's not a big deal.

I sat down, asked "do you speak English?" she said yes then I said: I found you attractive and I would get you to know. While I was saying that she was doing no with her head and said she is not interested in.

Next time, tell her you only have a minute. If you skip this part, they tend to feel pressured because they think you're gonna stay the whole time.

Time constraints are one of those gamey tactics that I approve of. It's just a calibrated move.

Yes Dragula, next time I will start with "I only have two minutes", ... that is a great hint. Unfortunatly I did not think about it.

Do you suggest to use it in almost any situation? If I open on the road, inside the sea, on the beach,...??
(I prefer daygame)
