Ok I put this in newbie question but didnt get much of a response so i figured I might get some more here. I have done a quick search for some but bar opener throws up alot of results and this quite situational

Basicly looking for a few good openers I can use when i'm working at my local night-club. For instance when I have to go and collect the glasses off the table and there is a set sitting there, I want to say something rather than just throw them a quick smile. I mean I've got a natural time-constraint built in and a legimate reason for being their so why not take advantage of the situation!

I also get questions like "Having fun?" or "How old are you?" (i look 16 but i am 20). So any non-standard answers to these would be good too.

I've been using these two for the last two weeks, they are based on real life events. I just can't help but get away from the opinion opener- I tried one weekend to stop asking questions and just use statements- which I liked in theory, but execution was a lot harder. The opinion opener is such gold it's hard to spend time making new stuff work
