I get that if a girl reject going on a first date with you by saying no or doesn't answer your text or phone call or whatever, that you then got to move on to another. However, what if a month went by without seeing or talking her again and then I either happen to run into the same girl and tried asking her out again or decided to try calling her number again? Is it okay to ask her out again in either one of those instances?
