The trick with approaching women is (and I am by no means a player or great with women) but I learnt something invaluable today. The trick is, don't hesitate or delay. I was at the gym, and as soon as I entered the gym, a cute girl was on the treadmill. I always start with a 20minute warm up on the treadmill. As soon as I got on the treadmill, I looked over to her and said jokingly, "I'll race yer! " with a smile. She smiled back and said, "I don't speak english, I am polish", but she was smiling. So I can't remembef if I said anything after that, I just did my warm up on the treadmill. Afterwards in the gym, we exchanged smiles and glances a few times. She was definitely intrtested. I just didn't follow it up and start a conversation, as I said, I'm no casanova and plus she was polish and could hardly speak english.

The delay thing can be true in some cases I found from experience BUT that's a golden opener to use in the gym

"I'll race ya" whilst on a treadmill or even a stationary bike. It's play full, harmless and so god damn simple. I'll keep that in my head next time can't wait to use it haha. Fair play man.
