Hey guys theres this cute girl who works across the street from me and I come in and talk to her and flirt with her and after like the second time talking to her she told me she wasnt working the next day so I told her to come visit me during work while she was out with friends and she brought her friends with her just to come in and say hi... is this a sign that she likes me? Shes a very popular girl... and what would be a good way to ask her out? Im almost sure she has a lot of boys trying to get with her.

If she's really popular she's probably used to guys hitting on her directly and guys not paying attention to what she wants and what she's saying. If you just chat and flirt with her it probably means she likes you. Don't try to be like the other guys and try to win her over by talking only about you. Try chatting with her and maybe do a number close.

What type of work do you do? If you're a bartender she might be trying to use her looks to get free drinks, etc.

When talking to her, just keep it simple, you like her. Threat her with respect and listen to what she says. Show interest in her as well, tell her what you think about her, the clothes that she wears, her jewelry, you know. If she's popular, do not try to be too cocky. She's used to that and it'll probably turn her off, that is in my experience at least.
