I've read this guide and it's kinda nice. I think that it has it right. But there's one thing I'm not sure about. Isn't it strange to open someone out on the street and start asking questions about what her passion is and how it came to be her passion? I mean, I would find it kind of strange if someone came up to me on the street and started asking me deep questions, even if it's an HB10.

Probably would. But that would be because of an HB10 opening me, not because she's asking deep questions.
