She sits in front of me and has kind of a "mean" face. Always wears shorts and a shirt. tan skin, dark hair.

I tried getting early today to say something but she came in with her headphones and I froze since there were people around me. Im extremely shy so this is very hard for me. I was very disappointed in me that I didn't do anything.
I think I might already have lost my chance since its past halfway the semester and I still have not opened on her

The only time we "talked" was when she asked me a stupid question once about if the professor already called assistance.

It is never ever ever too late to open a girl in you classroom my good sir! The classroom setting probably gives you the easiest opportunity to open. If you've had homework, just ask to compare answers or pretend like you didnt get the notes from the previous day and ask for hers. Or ask her questions about the lessons. With enough persistence, you can keep having these little conversations with her until eventually you guys are talking regularly. But you have to make an effort to try to talk to her everyday.

thanks man. Yesterday was my first try and I got frustrated because I didn't know how to open since she had headphones and did not even make eye contact with me. I will just keep trying.
