Wait for indicators of interest and then isolate. Once you feel like you have built enough rapport, move her someplace within the venue saying that you want to show her something - it could be a magic trick (kind of lame) or a bullshit cold reading. Yeah you have to do some escalation stuff like as said before. What I found to be the easiest ways to go about is if there is a dance floor at where ever you are at, ask the girl to dance with you because usually its pretty easy to start mackin with her after a bit of dancing. Also when you escort her out to the dance floor, try to link arms or grab her hand and if she complies with it, thats a good sign. If you are at a party (best works if you throw it at your place) you can always show her something cool or whatever in your room and go from there. Last night I threw a badass party at my apartment and some how someone brought up vehicles and this girl was like I think chevy trucks are cool or whatever so I took her outside to show her my silverado and I ended up making out with her and got her number. Easy as that.
