My name is Kevin and I'm an 18 year old senior. I've been reading this forums for a while, feel like i already know you guys but here is my problem i am absolutely petrified of approach, I am here admit when i go to try an approach i literally feel sick and just can't do it. Now if a girl is to talk to me or a friend of mine sparks up a conversation i don't have a problem talking to a girl For example I'm in a group in my Math class with 2 attractive girls and i have no problem talking to them but once i go to approach an attractive girl with the goal to hit on her i just simply can't. I would appreciate some help.

Approach anxiety is where majority people fail in this community, it's the 1st big hurdle.

The good news is...once it's out of the way, you can get laid by accident.

There is nothing we can do for you on this forum. You just need to reach deep down inside yourself and do it for yourself.

Right now, you have done nothing about it. Step it and and man the fuck up.

I can tell the the method I used to beat approach anxiety.
I learned some magic tricks. It has completely made my AA vanish.
You won't get AA since you are not really approaching to girl to hit on her
Good luck.

start small then acclimate

approach 10 girls who are paid to be nice to you a day, i.e. paid help. try to be flirty with them as much as you can.


after you succeed at this move on to old ladies and guys, randomly approach and say something, anything, ask for the time or directions.

from there keep moving up until your comfort level grows. The main this is consistently, do this everyday with as many people as possible, it wont take long until you start approaching hot single girls.

Hey guys! I know it has been awhile since my first post but i've been trying to get over my approach anxiety and though i am certainty not over it I was able to muster up the confidence to make my first approach. The goal was really to be able to sit there and say Hi and i got that done.

First Approach:
Sits down
Me: Hello!
Girl: Hi
Me: I actually truly liked your hair and just wanted to meet you.
Girl: Oh well thank you!
Me: Well anyways i just wanted to let ya know (yaya i know i screw up but remember just being there was the goal)
Girl: Well Thank you i like your hair too!
Me: Thanks (I get up to leave realizing i should at least ask for her number)
Me: By the way what is your number?
Girl: (unlocks her i phone) I actually have a boyfriend
Me: Well thanks anyways!
I know it was rough but any feedback you guys could give me!

Yo man, first steps are always rough, don't worry too much about it. You did well just by trying, just don't stop it, and keep doing it. You'll get better after a few approaches.

You got the first one out of the way. That's all that matters. It was actually pretty good for a first time but I don't know what your deleted things were.

Now, go do something like that again and this time get a little bit better. It's ok if you get blown out. But get better
