Hey guys, I've seen that some of you might have been passing through hard times approaching girls. I have figured out a way to self-motivation that can drive confidence up a hundred times more that it already is. This thread is only about overcoming approach anxiety, the rest depends on you guys. From the time I started thinking this way, I went up to every single girl and opened up really easily without shaking or even having the block in my throat that won't let me speak really loud.

Ok, so you are in a place and you see a girl, your heart starts beating, you sweat, your lungs cling to each other or you start shaking. This is the most important part to overcome. Some of you might even enter with the thought of OVER-confidence, but when they are on the spot, everything goes to reality and you just stand there looking as if you are going to do nothing. In order to overcome this issue, here's what you should say and ask yourself:

Why am I afraid to approach her? She is a normal human-being like me...
If I just stand here, I'm going to look awkward
What's the worse that could happen? She says no? I don't even know the girl
If I didn't go for it, I would go back home that day wondering what would've happened if I did approach her.

In other words, have no regrets, that's what I'm saying.
Don't let yourself go home wondering what could've happened when you had the chance in front of you.
Even if you get rejected, you're going to have stories to tell and laugh about how hard it failed that day. Trust me, life is fun, just go for it and make your life worth it.
