I've always wanted to say something to her but have pretty bad approach anxiety. Any suggestions on how I should approach her without being awkward.

You're gonna have to be balsy and confident. Having confidence to be bold and walk in there like you own the place I'm not sure about conversation though

I was going to try and say something along the lines of "it seems like every time I walk by you're outside, waiting for me to pass by huh?" I don't know how well that would out though
