How to pick up at the gym?

I'm in college and I work out a lot and I see a lot of attractive girls there, I'm new to PUA but I've been studying it for some time now and I got my confidence levels fixed and my AA is much lower than it was especially at parties but I still am clueless when it comes to the gym or any other situations where you have to go out of your way to open a girl or a set like a mall or a bookstore even, it just feels awkward doing that to me like It would be too obvious or I'd be creeping them out walking up and directly talking to them with an opener. The gym I find most difficult because about 60% of the HB's there have ear buds on, how do I get past that block? How do I play it off looking like I'm hitting on her. Any suggestions?

I've never been to a gym but I'd most likely pile a ridiculous amount of weight onto the bench and ask her to spot me. Or before you work out motion her to take off her ear things then inform her that what she's about to see is going to be damn crazy because your pumped and you're in the fucking zone. If you present it right she will at least smile if not totally bust out laughing allowing you to carry on to material that you would use anywhere else.

I've talked to a few girls about guys approaching them in the gym..Most of the time they would rather be left alone. Theres two types of girls who go to the gym: 1) Ones who workout 2) Those who pretend to
My general advice is to avoid approaching the #1's unless there stretching or something, or it's like after their workout. The #2's, go for it since there not really there to workout anyways. (A side note, it's pretty easy to tell the difference between the two) Hope this helps, sorry I can't give any tips on the approach itself since i'm new aswell.

the gym is definetly a hard place to pick up women. when i used to be less confident it always seemed like people are always watching and scrutinizing you at the gym. But then I read that most people are so concerned about how they look they don't even notice the things others are doing. So the best approach will only be successful if you believe in yourself and ignore everyone around you. Here are some proven openers and situations:

1. If your gym has a tv and she is walking on the treadmill or watching it say something to someone nearby about what is on tv. If it is a music channel say you watched the group at a concert or if it's a new chenel say that same thing happened right around this time last year. then find a way to include her in the conversation. Another good way to open would be to ask if anyone cares if you change the channel then ask her her opinion.

2. If your gym doesn't have a tv, ask her if she's ever seen the guy on roids that comes to the gym here. then she'll either say she doesn't come very often or she has or she's not sure who you're talking about. then make up a story (premeditated) about how he wanted to kick your ass because you looked at his girlfriend. then ask her opinion about why guys are so possesive.

3. Open up by asking her if she was at the gym when the bar fell on mr. executive. don't make it sound mean but say it seemed like his first time in the gym and you had to help get the bar off him and had used way to much weight. then ask if she's ever seen anything like it.

The trick to every approach is to be confident and have high energy. I hope these help you out because they work for me about 95% of the time.

Those are not bad openers for the gym by bandit.

If a girl has headphones on i would avoid her. Thats the international sign of leave me alone.

Not a bad list above, headphones do not mean leave me alone. I talk to people all the time, and wear headphones because the music in there sucks.

PUA: Are you shy?
HB: no why?
PUA: You have been wearing those headphones the whole time not talking to anyone
HB: I don't wana talk to anyone. (Then your done) or more then likely "I just like listening to my own music which is better".
PUA: what do you have on there?
HB: blah blah
PUA: O man I have this great story about a time I was at this concert. I'll tell you about it some time.

You get the jist

Here is a funny list I found on BB.com most are VERY AFC but i wanted to share with the class

"Here are 10 opportunities to talk to her:

1. Approach her to assist when she is struggling to adjust a weight (especially leg extension machines!) (Might work)
2. When she is done with the squat or bench press, act like you are using it next and help take off her plates. That will spark conversation! (Good way to get close and start talking)
3. Stretch in the group exercise room when she is in there performing lunges, core work or stretching. (Easy convo point)
4. Watch out in case she drops anything on the ground so you can retrieve it for her. (What are you going to follow her around?)
5. Train cardio close (but not next to) the machine beside her. (um... no starring!)
6. Buy her a post-workout smoothie (But be incognito about it. Let her wonder who her secret admirer is) (AFC)
7. Accidentally start training on her machine when she is getting water ( not bad but only if your not sweaty)
8. Say something to her if you notice her absence (if she is sick or traveling) (stalker style...NICE)
9. Initiate conversation during rest times and ask her about a local event. (Do you know a good place to meet women?)
10. Be real and tell her she's beautiful and that you'd like to take her out sometime." (O ya that will work you AFC)

One more point is that I talk to this women all the time, she is allot older then me but in AWESOME shape and married. But the other day she said to me why does every guy I talk to want to go home with me. But that is the mindset of many women that the gym is a meat market and they are there to work out. So come in under the radar, and take it one day at a time. If you go every day at the same time so do most other people and you will see her again. Build some comfort, tell HV stories about you and your friends, get number, and get her out of the gym for seduction.
