Hey, how's everyone doing?
There is this cute chick that I'm starting to see often at a local Starbucks. Before that, I saw her at the local Y, working out while I was working there as a security. I'm pretty sure she recognizes me from the gym. I was thinking of approaching her and accusing her of being a stalker and following me around (something like that, C&F). Would that be something you guys would do? Any suggestions? Thanks.

i would get her in a conversation to see if she would admit to it (as a joke) but I wouldn't open with it.

I think you are overthinking it and not applying the 3 second rule .

The 3 second rule wouldn't apply anyway in this case seeing how she could of or possibly would of noticed you earlier.

although i'll have to agree with the previous comment and use a joke or light humour to create the initial opening something like

"You're cute, have we dated?"

once the proverbial ice is broken start playing your game :)
