I have to say a lot of the stuff on these forums make me cringe, they surely cant work, most arent even whitty just plain weird and unamusing. What are some normal openers, hey hows it going? You look nice etc

no one will give you the time of day, if you dont get their attention. saying things like: how are you? to a total stranger is too mundane and therefore you will yield you a mundane answer.

ask yourself this: has what you have been doing gotten you anywhere? if not try something else

you may have to step out of your comfort zone in order to get the desired results.

in brief dont knock it till you tried it.

Things like "How are you?" and "What's up." are what society says men are supposed to use. If you have learned anything from these forums, it should be that what society teaches doesn't work. That is the whole reason there are forums like this. If everything we are taught nowadays worked, none of us would be here sharing notes and techniques.
