There is this farmers market in town with snack bar where I would sit and have my pork chops. Opposite to the bar there is Bakery with HB8 as saleswoman. I look at her, talked to her, she sees me but never say Hello. She does not look very friendly or open; she looks bored beyond words as she sells the 95% of the bred in 3 hours early morning, but she can't close shop, she has to linger 7 hours more. So she hangs around, walks about, comes out of her counter and goes back again. She stops to chat with her girlfriends, and comes to eat or have coffee and chats with the Bar owner.

I don't know, she might be waiting for Ewan McGergor or Brad Pit to turn up, and take her to a desert island...if she does I am screwed.

How can I trick her to believe I am the local version of Brad Pit? I don't even like the bred what she sells...
If I got up and would walk up to make small talk, It would be very transparent that I am kind of hitting on her, and want to date her. Just like a couple hundred of other men frequenting the farmer's market...

So what? As long as you do it well, it doesn't matter who sees it. That being said, your expectations and concerns convey to me that you are not very good at flirting yet. So my advice is to start with a different girl. It doesn't matter which girl, as long as she seems a little more open than this baker girl, and as long as you can flirt with her in a less public setting. If you're not willing to take that advice, then take this one: go for it. She will probably turn you down and that might be humiliating, but at least you'd be doing something about your crush instead of just sitting there staring at her like 95% of all other guys. Moreover, it will help you see the value of the first advice.
