I've been doing this one for years, and I guess recently I realized its an opener other people may want to use. Basically, if you've ever been at a very crowded pub and tried to order a drink at the bar, you know it can take a while since the bartender is so busy. Its also common knowledge that attractive women are typically served first. So when I see this situation arise, I sidle up next to an HB, give a disgusted look at the scene, and tell her, "This is going to take forever. What is your order going to be?"

"Three Blue Moons."

"Alright, well I'm going to order a Coors Light. If the bartender comes to you first, order my drink with yours, and I'll do the same. It'll make this go faster."

Usually the HB will smile at such a smart idea. At this point you can strike up a conversation about anything until the bartender arrives. If I'm in the mood to be playful, I'll break out some money and hold it out in front of me, shaking it a little, like I'm trying to coax the bartender to serve me. Then I'll say to the HB, "Its like fishing. You need some bait."

This usually gets a laugh, and you can take it from there. Last night I pulled this routine and the HB actually offered to buy me my drink.

And if you noticed, I posted this in two places as its both a routine and opener. I wholeheartedly apologize for any and all inconveniances.

Funny that, sounds very similar to the one i posted the other day. That happens alot this site, always during the following few days after.
I know my opener is good cus actually f-closed from it, i had alittle bit of luck, but hey thats all it takes.

Yep, I saw your post and pawned it off as my own. Thats what I do. I have no self-confidence so the only way I can feel good about myself is to plagiarize forum columns. Now how ridiculous does that sound?

LOL its does'nt matter whether mine gave you the idea post this or not. To me it just felt like taking credit for my
perfectly unique, 1 in million, never done before opener. Im suprised there aint more bar openers posted. When and where better to open a girl in a club, she's bored waiting and probly stood alone or in a 2 set.
I think i should open every time i go to the bar now, it can be the best and easiet place to open. Im gonna have to think of a few more of these bar openers.

I'm surprised at the lack of bar openers too. This one's great btw. I was in a fucking crowded one last night and couldn't even fucking walk around. Add to it that it was a fucking sausage fest and I'm not good at amoging. But yeah, I waited around for more than 5 minutes and didn't before the I was even noticed.
