There's this hot girl who is showing IOI's WHEN she has friends around.
But whenever I see her alone, in the hall for e.g. she's quiet.
Why is she doing that? Is she nervous when we are alone?

When her friends are around she can go "Well, hello" and look at me very flirtatious.

When should I approch? Alone of when friends are there?
AND how should I approach so that I can sleep with her in the long run? (build attraction)?

Mystery has one of the best reads on group sets. Read up on it. Then you use it. Or, you can approach her when she's alone. It's your call. There's lots of stuff to read and here on the forums for good openers and so on. Remember that a good approach means nothing except to: Open a conversation. It does not build attraction.
