Hi guys!! Hope all is well with my friends on here! Had a bit of a confidence crash the other night, but ill save that for another thread!

I'm in the UK and I've just joined the gym near me. Now this place is amazing! It's brand new and has all the gear and pool and jacuzzis and all that stuff so there is bound to be some gorgeous girls working out there! Do any of you have any tips for me regards gym Game! As I'm new there no one knows me and I want to avoid all classic AFC mistakes at a gym. Has anyone picked up any girls at a gym? How did you go about it? I guess I just want to be popular there and not an AFC, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys! x

From my past experiences at the gym and working out with chicks, they can find the gym to be an intimidating place. Im pretty built and have good knowledge of gym related stuff and alot of chicks working out dont. So everytime I see a chick doing an exercise wrong I go over and in a friendly way offer help while being a bit flirty, they are often quite receptive to it. From there you can introduce and chat blah blah blah you see where Im going with it. Then next time you can chat her up ask her what shes working out/been up too then this could lead into whatever you want it too, maybe a workout buddy or fuck buddy. This also DHVs you when other chicks see you at the gym with chicks.

My last experience at the gym was kinda funny. It was slow, about 7 dudes were working out, and there was one HB10 doing her thing avoiding all eye contact with the men. Unless your game is pretty solid and you know what your doing. I wouldn't open at Gyms. However if you wanna take the challenge. Please post your results.

I'd say in the gym- forcing IOI's works well.

For Example- hold eye contact, smile, wink, wave stick your tongue out etc.
If she smiles back or in some way reciprocates you can go and talk to her- be direct or just go and introduce yourself.

try and work some light kino early on, find out when she comes to the gym. Or get her number and suggest going to a gym class or even going to grab a coffee after a workout.

There is no such thing as gym game...

Approach, Transition, Connect, Close.

I've been in my gym for about a month now. I typically go late at night so there arent many women at this time. Which i kind of like, most of the equipment is always open.

Be careful not to approach and close to many of the women in the gym..Especially if you are dating someone who comes there often already. Chances are you can saturate the place and it become really awkward for you and the women, and you will potentially get caught up like an idiot. Had this happen to me before at my old gym..Pretty funny story.
