everyone should watch victor malvado; I'm not sure about his success personally, but I'm most comfortable with his style of approach. Also, he makes NLP not creepy!

Yo just seeing this gave me that same feelin I had when I was on a beach in VA.Beach just walkin lookin as cool as I wanted to look feelin good like i was unstoppable all i needed was a HB9 or 10 there now the earth is my beach THANX :shock:

Great video, I'm gonna have to look up more video's with him.
I like his approach to the problem but I have to say the idea of changing what I tell myself before the approach like that never worked for me.

I couldn't get rid of the thoughts that she would reject me or wouldn't like me. So instead of trying to change what was being said, I changed the tone of it. I think I originally got the idea from Steve P. It was still the same phrases and thoughts running through my head but I imagined hearing them from goofy, bullwinkle, or mickey mouse . When they sound that stupid it's hard to give any meaning to what they are saying..

anyway that's just something that worked for me.
