I read this thing somewhere, where basically you give your wing £20 and he gives you £2,£5,£10 whatever back till you get your orignal money back

anyway, is there anymore of these kind incentives for motivation???

Best advice for AA is the 3 second rule and don't think, just do. What Sasha Daygame does is he just see's the girl and whatever is on his mind like "you're fucking stunning" or "you're fucking amazing" or whatever his first thought was about her is his opener. That's daygame though so it's a bit differently to the approach in clubs at night etc.

you pay your buddy money is a good method, totally makes you want to get your money back, if you have a wing, playing a game for drinks where you switch off approaching is fun too, or just getting a guy who is experienced to force you into it and tell you who to approach can help, someone saying DON'T BE A PUSSY GO TALK TO THAT GIRL can be a huge motivation, especially if he is approaching with no issues

also, just motivating yourself is the best way to go, no crutches, you can go out when you want, just small chunk goals, it is really hard to go up to a girl you don't know and just speak your mind with ease if you have not worked your way up to that (some have and just don't realize)

just go to a popularted area, say hi to 100 people a day, both male and female, you don't have to start a conversation, just get used to breaking the ice, take a bit further every time, if it's too hard to say hi, just try to make eye contact with 100 people,when you feel that is easy, amplify the situation until you feel uncomfortable until the point you can just pick girls you find attractive, and tell them you find them cute, flow with it, when you hit a point of no return where you feel you can't get passed some sort of problem, post it up here (sticking points)
