Hi lads, thought you might find this one useful. I went clubbing a few nights back to wingman for a mate of mine who had been away for weeks and hadn't got any action. We are not "in the community" as such - haven't read the books and what have you, but I'd say we both have pretty good turnover and generally know our stuff. I browse this site occasionally and thought this was worth sharing. It's a pretty good way of starting out with a set of girls in a club setting if you're working as a pair.

We showed up late and realised we didn't know many people there (we usually DHV quite well because we know a lot of people on the local scene already). We were in the smoking area and my friend was getting a bit worried because we had no obvious way in, as we usually tend to focus on girls who know people we already know.

I tried to calm him down and to show him we could still pull, I went up to the nearest group (3 girls, no lads), and said:

"Girls, excuse me, me and my friend need you to settle something for us from a girl's perspective." (obviously said this with a cheeky smile and already eyeing up the one closest to me)

They said ok, so I asked them "what's more important for a guy to have - loads of money or loads of fun?"

This was perfect because one said "fun" and another said "money", and they started disagreeing amongst themselves about it.

I let them argue about it for a few seconds and then I said:

"Oh right that's interesting. Because my friend (name, and introduced him properly) has loads of money, but I have loads of fun!"

Banter, everyone had a laugh and I immediately sent my mate to chat with the one who said "money" and I cornered the one who said "fun".

That worked great because even though it was kind of a joke, we both demonstrated our value in different ways which we built on seperately immediately.

Once we finished our cigarettes we'd been chatting to them for a while so we basically led them back inside to the dancefloor and from there it was just our standard dancefloor game with girls we already had an "in" with. We were snogging them within minutes. Happy days.
