Was thinking about a few approaches from last week and was trying to work out how to better moderate my openers..

We've all been there, lifes not too shabby and confidence is high (like the start of last wk for me), approaches arent a big ask. Make eye contact, look for the IOI return glance, maybe respond with a cheeky smile, and waltz up bold as brass.

All fine, but looking back i find myself thinking maybe i was a little too confident, intimidating the girl in question or coming across as too cocky/arrogant.. I dont want to arrive at the point where every opener is mechanical, i like being spontaneous now and again..

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to balance my approaches better?
