i always see a girl and i always know the opener i have alot of knowledge but im always afraid. i have my moment that i just improvize and it works but that is always in my comfort zone with my friends or in my terirory. i cant go up to a group of girls or a pair of girls and use an opener and all sorts of sht and im afraid to forget things or screw up and fuck up.
how can i over come this fear?

You overcome it by doing it once, then once more, then once more! until the awkwardness is over! I used to have it! just start slow! just saying hi to random people you meet, then start small talk etc! after a while it will be in your comfort zone!

I found it helpful to game women in places where I dont know anybody. That way if it fails, nobody knows you anyway, and it doesnt hurt your ego. You walk out and everybody in the place and you have forgotten it in 10 minutes.

But it can help you gradually get the courage to do it without any problem.

Go to the next city over and sarge there, till you get used to it.

I personally started by just asking people for directions. Get comfortable with that, then ask for good places to eat. Then start transitioning and working in some cocky-funny in about how you'll blame them if you get lost, etc.
