So I posted something related to this to get some advice in the sticking points area...

However, I will explain it again...well basically, my friend and I went to a local bar to pick up...AND...I saw this girl that I've been seeing THERE WITH A DATE!! I've already FCed her and we've been seeing each other. (I asked if she wanted to hang out tonight and she said no... so my friend and I went out) Well neways, after that awkward moment, we went to a different bar...

We went up to these 2 girls and my opening was:

"Could I ask you girls a question?"
"So, I saw my ex girlfriend (not really an ex gf but said it anyways to let them know I'm free) at a bar we were just at with another guy...what would you think if you were in her position?"

blah blah...the conversation just went off from there

ended up with just a number close (for both of us) but I realized that it was a successful opener

Good, but lose:"Could I.....?". They can cut you off by: "No you can`t!"

Other then that, nice situational/opinion opener!

It has potential but I think you need to work on it... Sure girls love to analyse and discuss that kind of thing. However, the question you ask is a bit too "big" you are basically asking them to explain her entire mind. A better question would be a bit more specific, like, "Hey guys, I need a few seconds of your female wisdom. I just saw a girl I´ve been seeing for some time with another guy, I approached her and she told me: Well what we have is still special, this is just for fun, there is a difference between love and sex tiger! What do you make of that?"

agreed, dont ask them to validate you simply asking. "I need your guys opinions..." , "Need a womens opinion on something..." etc
