For the time being, I have chatted several times with a girl from my university for the past two weeks. I have made her a good impression, but I find quite a hard time trying to figure out a way to meet her. I thought of finding her at the uni without warning to surprise her and introduse myself, but I wasn't able to spot her. Should I ask her out straightly instead? I don't know, however, how and in what context to bring it up. Note that I am Greek and ladies in my country are very unreachable. Thank you.

Find something that you both enjoy, this can be as simple as food. If you have a reason for why you want to take her out she will be much more likely to say yes than if you ask her directly.
Try to make the dates primary subject to be the thing on the location instead of on the two of you (you are going to try this awesome hamburger! Or we are going bungeejumping! Instead of we are going on a date.)
This will decrease her nervousness of the date by a lot.
so thats a little advice.. Talk about something fun that you guys just happen to be able to do togheter. Or just talk passionately about something you enjoy very much and she will prob be excited aswell. [passion is contagious!] And use it as a reason to why you two should hang out togheter
