It is good to finally be part of this forum
I have recently been getting off my be-hind and am exercising more,
and am noticing quite a lot of HB runners, cyclists, rollerbladers when I am out walking
I am a non-runner.
What are some ways that you guys have succeeded in picking up a moving target, who is travelling at speed?
How do you stop her? (without causing too many injuries of course
What do you say?
Love to hear your words of wisdom
Cheers
J

Yesterday II was walking on campus and someone stopped running right behind me. I heard them run up behind, so I turned around. And of course if was a super HB. We had brief eye contact and I smiled with a super hb. But I did not open. She just walked past and even looked back. I figured I blew it with the 3 sec rule.
I guess eye contact/smiling is the most I would do to. And if she gives approach indicator you could open. If you crash a skateboard when you have eye contact with a hb running she will guaranteed stop to make sure you are ok. Basically you need to do something nobody else will to get her attention focused on you.
