Now I'm back in the game I need to remember my old tools.
When it comes to approaching I sometimes feel nervous when I look at my target andcannot push myself to approauch.

I cannot remmeber my excuses for not approching but I say the following words in my head.

APPROACH HER NO MATTER WHAT!!!

I keep saying the same thing in my head again and again and sometimes I say it in a low voice out loud.

Other times I say in my head what opener I'm going to use and reapeat it.

You need to think what you want not what you don't want. So when it comes to approaching think of something positive something that is going to help you not 100 excuses of why you shouldn't approuch.

Has anyone else have any other examples/opinions?
