I was hanging out with my friend, and we got onto the topic of picking up. She decided to tell me her 100% foolproof plan for picking up guys. I thought it was interesting and figured I'd share.
I told her that it didn't seem that impressive, she was pretty hot, and guys really would go home with any fairly attractive girl who showed interest.
She said that wasn't entirely true. Guys who have options and know what they are doing won't stick around, there are a lot of hot girls in a bar or club after all.
So I figured I'd listen, and this is what she said.
"When I see a guy who I want, I go up to the bar, I pull up beside him and order a double whiskey. If that doesn't do it, I'll probably put it back in one swing right beside him."
Thats It. This is her foolproof pickup plan, and she has picked up a fair few guys to put it modestly. This doesn't lead to instant sex or anything, but she says she will always end up getting taken home by the guy at the end of the night.
I thought this was pretty interesting. She doesn't do anything direct, she just gives an opening. If one was socially inept they probably wouldn't even notice. This leads to conversation, then she goes home with him.
Just found it interesting to see from the other side, and how modest a move it was, but how much interest it really showed.
