Hi guys, new poster. So heres the deal. I play a lot of poker recreationally. Probably 3-4 times a week. There are some very attractive girls that work there. So there is a girl who comes around to each poker table every hour to scan your rewards cards. We have engaged in small chit chat, but I want to take it a step further and try to ask her out on a casual date to get to know each the better.. Also, she is a very attractive girl who gets a lot of guys young and old trying to flirt. I am not great at picking up, but I am funny and I am personable to talk to. She knows me by name and will stop to talk to me for a minute or 2 when I come in.

So what advice do you guys have? I am having difficulty trying to figure out a plan where I am trying to pick up a girl at their work and their job is customer service. I am having trouble reading her ( no pun intended) bc its her job to be nice and personable to customers. Should I be direct and say hey something like I like you, I think you have a great personality, I'd like to get to know you better, wanna grab a cup of coffee or lunch? Or should I be less direct?
