Start reading through the forums, there's a plethora of awesome information available. Put the work in and study up. Adapt good habits early on open some sets. Get excited, the pickup arts will enrich your life.

The best way to get over approach anxiety is to just start approaching lots of women. You'll get rejected a lot ("blown out"), but eventually you'll realize that getting rejected isn't a big deal. So what if a girl rejects you? It's not about her, or any one particular woman. It's about YOU learning to enjoy yourself and have fun without needing a woman's approval.
