I can't concentrate on any one thing and my mind is racing with thoughts of what I should and shouldn't do. I try to calm myself down by saying "who cares" and that only helps for a split second. It's my dream to be good at conversing with people but how do I do that when this fear stops me from getting out of my comfort zone EVERY TIME?

Failure is inevitable at first and thats ok. The more times you fail, the more you'll begin to see that the opinions of strangers don't harm you. Don't give yourself time to begin doubting in your ability, just approach. Go out with the intent of getting blown out.
