I'm new at this game and i don't know how should i proceed, i don't what should i use as opener and how to DHV without seeming to brag about myself.

Although i'm pretty popular at work, it's just that this kind of girls seems always out of my league.

Please if anyone could spear me some pointers.

Its a good thing that she is at your workplace which can help you start a conversation easily without having to use a canned line.I suggest not to think that she is out of your league bcuz that's low confidence in yourself.

There are loads of pua boooks out there but try books by Ross jeffries, Neil strauss etc.

A few tips- Dont get nervous when you talk to her. Never compliment her looks in the first few conversations(it shows that you are attracted and spoils the fun). Treat her as if she were any one else in your office. Neg her a few times(tease her but dont be rude). Be Smart. Think of it as a game and have fun, which is the whole point. Enjoy

Make it a point to talk to her, even if that means following her to the break room or outside. Then make it seem like you are just randomly starting up a conversation with a new person. "So, how do you like it here so far? I'm Jim by the way. And you are?"

In my experience the girl will almost always be curious as to who you are and what your roll in the company is. That's where you DHV. Tell her you've been there a long time and it's a great place to work once you get to know people. Mention people's names and ask her if she knows them, even if you know she probably doesn't. It'll make you seem like you are an important person there, which is a DHV.

Also do some covert probing to find out her relationship status. I like to ask if the person has kids first, before asking if they are married or single. Because usually they'll be like "Nope, no kids. I'm single." or "No kids, just me and my fiance and our two dogs." No point in having a long drawn out talk with this girl and DHVing yourself if she's married or unavailable.
