I just thought about it, didn't had a chance to try it yet. Let me know what you think.

When a girl on the street asks you something like "how do I get to starbucks?", respond with "ohh no problem, it's 054563... (your phone number)". If she responds with "thats not what I've asked for" or "I didn't asked for your number" respond with a c&f SPAM like "yeah but I know where you were heading" with a smile. From there just take where ever you want.

It's a novel approach, but in my experience it's better to number close the girl than have her number close you.

Even if she did take the time to get your number, how likely is she to call you? In my experience, its just social etiquette for the man to initiate a text / phone conversation -- I Don't think enough comfort has been worked on her end for her to call you out of the blue. Depending on your follow up after being slick with giving her your phone number, you *might* be able to get her to call you, but I would think it would be a hell of an uphill battle, especially since Shields are Up especially strong during day game which is what you are describing.

Best of Luck!

well based on the way he wrote this, it doesn't seem like she's actually writing down the number or anything, it's just a way to initiate a conversation on a flirty note.

Agreed. Not a chance she'll whip out her phone right there and put in your number. But it doesn't sound like a bad way to initial flirting, and try to get a conversation going for long enough to number close.
