Newbie post here. I sat behind 2 chicks on the train this evening. 1 tall blonde and the other petite brunette with glasses. They were most likely Uni students because they were talking about classes etc.

Now I got massive AA 1) I had just been to martial arts workout and was feeling puffed out and 2) It was on a train after work. In a club I won't care about rejections and will start with any opener but what do you do in a train?

I thought the brunette wanted to be opened. She put her arm on the seat behind her without turning sideways. Could be wrong but still kicking myself over it now. Help me out!

Dude, if you feel you need to approach/talk to her, go for it. Waiting makes your AA build up.

Hey! Having aa is completely normal, especially when you are starting. You just need to understand where is it coming from and try to work from there.
I work as a dating coach and 95% of the guys that I've worked with had aa. These are the "exercise" tha I prepared and they worked perfectly, just take your time. That's the key.
