here it goes:

me: hey! have you ever had a shake with no milk?
target: no...

now you go to shake hands and when you do say, "no milk"
after you shake hands and make your target laugh introduce yourself.

me: my name is steve. what's your name?


nearly everyone i opened with this line laughed.
