Approach anxiety in not related with looks it doesn’t matter if you very good looking or just a normal guy this affects to all of us and the bad news is that it doesn’t matter how much experience you have it never goes away the only thing is that with time and experience you learn how to control it. I work as a dating coach so I can honestly say that I’m very good at this but I have approach anxiety so for all the of you reading this thinking with time and practice approach anxiety goes away I’m sorry to disappoint you but it doesn’t, this is pretty much like everything with time and practice you just learn how to control it. I tell the same to all the guys that I teach DO NOT LET SOMETHING THAT YOUR MIND HAS CREATED CONTOL YOU
