PU isn't about getting one specific girl. It's learning how to talk with people so conversations will be natural and women will want to
want to get to know you.
You just want to get to know this girl based on her looks? Many women will represent themselves online to look amazingly hot but not so much when you meet them in person. I don't recommend using the internet as a place to pick-up because you don't really know who you're talking to (it could be a guy!). Use the internet as a means to continue comfort building once you already picked up a chick.
But if you want advice on the convo here is mine:

A random good looking girl is adding me on FB
Good looking girls don't use FB to find boyfriends, they just walk outside and guys start hitting on them. This should be a red flag to be extra skeptical!

When i first do i have to ask who she is, because i dont know her(is this a bad idea)
No it's a perfectly logical question that anyone would ask and it opened your conversation nicely. That would be something great to say if a girl starts giving you IOI's in person and you don't know who they are, it will start a conversation where she is qualifying herself to you.
Then you have a small convo with her, that's just okay.
Things to remember:
Never accept the frame! Make her qualify to you, if she asks you a question, answer by re-framing her, or ignore her question and ask your own question.
Ask her qualifying questions,

I get approached by a lot of pretty women, what makes you different?
Tell stories that give you higher value (DHV's). Your response to the drunken FB question should have been like:

Well there was this one time I was with my awesome friends this girl Amy, Stacey, Bill and Sarah. Now these are the type of friends that when we get together, we always have the best times. Well we were at my place having a party and we all got drunk. I posted this picture of me on FB that was hilarious doing handstand push ups without my shirt on, and Sarah posted this pic of her with just her underwear on. I felt so embarrassed for her cause she is such a nice girl!...etc
Side Note: I personally don't like the 'fake it till you make it' theory but there must have been a time where you uploaded something you regretted later that was embarrassing
And finaly,

what should i reply?
Answer: Nothing, use it as a learning experience and go out in the field and practice.
