There's this girl and we always lock eyes

Should I go up to her and be like "we always check each other out and I don't even know your name, I'm 'name'" and I shake her hand, is that creepy? What do you guys think?

I don't liike it. Why don't you try something like " Do you always do that? or is it just me because I'm handsome" you can just say th do you always do that and play it how want it or " You can't look at me like that and not talk to me, it's not polite Hi my name is " or " It seems that you are inviting me to start a conversation with you"

What do you think?

i'd go with "how can you look at me like that without saying anything?" or "how long did you think it will take me?"

Damn those are a bit cocky so I have a feeling I'm going to get nervous but yeah, I like those a lot, thanks guys

If those openers are too cocky for you don't use them, as simple as that; if you don't feel comfortable saying that don't do it, try to use something that goes with your personality
