Me: Hey, I'm shane (get some contact in here with a handshake or something)
Her: [Name]
Me: Weird, I thought you looked more like a [other name]
her: [whatever she says after that]
Then at this point I just start jokingly calling her by the other name, teasing her with it, but further in the conversation when I want to talk about something serious I drop her real name to give it weight.
If for some reason she's stuck up I'd just go with
Me: You know in polite society we introduce ourselves when someone offers us their name.
If she still won't reply for some reason then she's probably too crazy for me anyway imo.
Any thoughts?

The second situation (in which case I assume bitch shield is up) would be too confrontational. I would go with:
"Well you're nameless. By the way you're wearing your [hair/earrings/top etc], i''ll call you Gertrude."
That way you get in a neg during your open.

I like your suggestion for the silent girl way better than mine btw, pretty slick man, I'll have to use it.

Just remember if bitch shield is up, you must control the conversation quickly. An immediate neg should give you that opportunity.
Good luck!
