During day, if you see a HB walking...Do the following.

1. Say: "You are absolutely beautiful" (Realistically, very few guys will approach a girl during the day and say this)
2. *She will smile, laugh, get red/flustered/not know how to respond* Say: "No honestly, I'd be kicking myself later if I didn't introduce myself to you..." *Introduce self*
3. Make very brief small talk, then say "I'm in a huge rush I have to get back home, but I would love to get to know your personality sometime"...*Then give number or ask for number*


I find sometimes to make yourself seem a little bit less desperate, you can say you forgot your phone and then give her the number. Just don't be an idiot and accidentally whip out your phone after u say this lol.
